Secondary Education In Pakistan

After primary and middle classes come to secondary education. Secondary education in Pakistan usually includes children (age 13-15) in 9th and 10th grades.

Subjects included in secondary education:

The whole of the secondary education system comes under the Ministry of Education.

According to them, both private and government education systems, follow the same curriculum.

Languages can differ in English or Urdu medium schools. However, the syllabus will stay the same.

There are two groups in secondary education in Pakistan.

The first group is the compulsory group which includes English, Urdu, and Islamiat/Pak-studies.

The Secondary group includes Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology along with practicals.

Secondary School Exams Certification (SSCE):

The students give the SSCE or senior secondary certificate of examination after the 10th class. The government’s boards of intermediate and secondary education supervise these exams.

Students give exams in exam centers. The ministry of education allots these centers. A roll number slip helps to enroll a student for an exam. The ministry also provides these slips.

However, private students give these exams without representing their educational institution. That is because they do not fit the board criterion.

SSCE marking criteria:

The SSCE marks are important for admissions in college. The exams are marked in “divisions.”

These divisions define the certificates of the students. All the students with a minimum of 60% are in the first division.

While the students with 45-59% marks are in the second division. The students with low than 45% marks (33-44%) are in the third division.

Lastly, the students with lower marks are failing. Such students have to repeat the school year if they fail in more than two subjects.

Exam preparation in Mukabbir Schools:

Thus, secondary level students need to have great preparation for their exams. But you don’t need to worry.

Because here in the Mukabbir schools provide quality and best secondary education in Pakistan.

We often take great care of the exam preparation of your child through tests and practicals.

We believe in leading the whole class together, leaving no child behind. Along with studies, we also focus on their mental and physical health.

For this purpose, we generate extra-curricular activities and competitions to keep the child’s mind fresh as it is in the growing stage.

We also don’t forget to groom the child and do our utmost in grooming their personality.

Beneficial factors for secondary education in Pakistan:

Secondary education in Pakistan is a period of growth for the child. This level of education forms the foundation for his development and success in the future.

Studying directions:

Studying is very important to score good marks. Thus, it is important to hire teachers that can lead the whole class and treat them equally.

The teacher should be able to explain simply so that every student can understand.

He/She should be able to make the lecture enjoyable. He should listen to the students and explain every problem clearly.

To broaden and build a creative mind for a child, weekly tests and assignments are necessary. These tests should be marked based on the hard work put into them.

However, the teachers should keep a positive attitude. They should make sure to not burden the child.

The physical and mental health of the children:

Secondary education in Pakistan can stress the students. Sure education is important, but we cannot compromise a child’s health.

Hence, it is important to organize games, functions, trips, and competitions to broaden their minds.

Physical training and exercises should be performed daily to maintain the health of the students.

These activities are also important for the personality grooming of the students. The students must gain confidence in themselves. They should be able to socialize with other people freely.

They must be taught about the rights and the wrongs and how things work in the world. Teaching them leadership skills is also important.

Career counseling and planning:

Students need to make up their minds in regards to the career they are passionate about before entering college.

And it is the responsibility of the educational institution in which they are studying to observe their habits and counsel them according to their talents and passions.

Likewise, this can be done by organizing competitions and activities related to different subjects.

Responsibility of students:

Just like the teachers and the educational institutions, the students also hold responsibility. The students should attend school regularly.

They should come with all the required supplies and should be prepared for the next lecture,

In case, they cannot attend a lecture, they should quickly copy with the help of a friend the next day. Students are obliged to show involvement in class and extra-cocurricular activities.

Responsibility of parents:

The parent’s responsibilities also include managing the child’s timetable. Put him early to bed. Make him a good breakfast and lunch so that he feels energized throughout the day.

They should check the daily work and help him prepare for any tests or assignments and show interest in their child’s studies.

Conclusion:

If such factors are considered in secondary education systems, the education system in Pakistan can surely improve and we can bring about more leaders rather than losers.

This is the mission of the Mukabbir schools, we hope to teach the children what they need to know.

We hope to groom their personalities, help them decide their career, and build leadership skills in them.

These children are the future of Pakistan and it is our responsibility to brighten our future.
